This training is for Victorian Early Childhood workforce professionals who need to undertake the Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations (PROTECT) online eLearning provided by the Department of Education.

This training is designed to support education workforces to respond effectively to children whose safety, health or wellbeing may be at risk of abuse. Specifically, the module covers:

• your obligations
• role and responsibilities
• how to identify child abuse
• Four Critical Actions for Schools: Responding to Incidents and Disclosures and Suspicions of Child Abuse
• responding to other concerns about the wellbeing of a child information sharing and privacy.
